We are thrilled to announce that Mr. Chung Ho Tai, Francke will be joining the Board of Directors at Asia Allied Infrastructure Holdings Limited as a non-executive Director, effective June 30, 2025.
Mr. Chung brings over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, and management, with expertise in business transformation and corporate strategy. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Administrative Studies in Accounting from York University.
Currently the Group Vice Chairman of Yan’s Group (BVI) Holdings Limited, Mr. Chung has held senior roles at Tridonic and Jebsen Industrial Technology.
