Mr. Yan holds a postgraduate degree and a master’s degree. Since 2014, Mr. Yan has been engaged in the industrial sector, focusing on core industries such as trade and building materials. Currently, he serves as the chairman of Guangdong Jinbai Trading Co., Ltd., Guangdong Wanbang Trading Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Huisui Trading Co., Ltd., as well as the general manager of Jiangmen Xinhui Chenghui Cement Co., Ltd. and other positions.
Mr. Yan has over ten years of experience in business operation and strategic management. He has a profound accumulation in industrial resource integration, enterprise operation management and market development. Under his leadership, the enterprise has taken root in the Greater Bay Area, with its business scope covering trade circulation, building materials supply and other fields. It has participated in the material supply work of several major infrastructure projects such as the ShenZhen-Zhongshan Bridge, the Huangmao Sea Cross-sea Channel and the Guangfojiang Expressway, providing strong support for the regional infrastructure construction and economic development.
While the enterprise was developing, Mr. Yan actively fulfilled his social responsibilities and was long committed to public welfare and charity. He has received honors such as the Memorial Award for Charitable Donations in the Hometown of Overseas Chinese and the Selfless Dedication Award of the Guangdong Province Young Entrepreneurs Association. He has also provided strong support for the public welfare undertakings of the Xinhui Charity Association and the construction of medical and health care and public welfare projects.
Mr. Yan also holds several social positions, including being a member of the Political Consultative Conference of Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, vice president of the Jiangmen City Wine Association, executive vice president of the Guangzhou Youth Entrepreneurship Association, and director of the Guangdong Youth Entrepreneurs Association. He actively builds bridges for communication between the government and enterprises, supports young people’s innovation and entrepreneurship, and enjoys a good reputation in the business circles of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and among all sectors of society.
Mr. Chung, aged 53, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Toronto in 1996, and a Bachelor of Administrative Studies (Honours) majoring in Accounting and a Certificate in Accounting from York University in 1999. Mr. Chung has been the Group Vice Chairman of Yan’s Group (BVI) Holdings Limited since June 2024. Mr. Chung has more than 25 years of experience in accounting, finance and management. He has a strong background in business transformation, restructuring and corporate strategic planning and has held multiple senior management positions in various multi-national corporations.
Mr. Chung served as the Greater China finance director, APAC finance director and APAC vice president of finance & global operation of Tridonic between March 2009 and April 2017.
Mr. Chung then joined Jebsen Industrial Technology as the financial controller from May 2017 to January 2018 and served as the general manager from February 2018 to October 2020.
Since March 2021, Mr. Chung joined YHI Global Holdings Limited as a consultant and later served as the chief executive officer from September 2021 to October 2023.
Mr. Chung served as group chief consultant at Sheung Moon Holdings Limited (a company listed on GEM of the Stock Exchange, stock code: 08523) from November 2023 to May 2024.
