Unicon Concrete Products (H.K.) Limited

Unicon Concrete Products (H.K.) Limited (预力刚混凝土制品(香港)有限公司) was founded in 1991 and specializes in the production of precast concrete units, pipes, gully boxes, and partition panels. Initially, Unicon’s factory was located in Sheung Shui, but it later moved to Yuen Long, Hong Kong.

In 1998, Unicon recognized the rapid growth in demand for infrastructure construction and housing in Hong Kong. To meet the need for precast concrete components, the factory was relocated to Dongguan, China, where it produces a wide range of precast concrete components and volumetric units for both public and private projects in Hong Kong.

By 2018, Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) was being actively promoted for building projects in Hong Kong, with the design responsibility resting with the manufacturer. To advance Unicon’s business in precast concrete construction, the company has signed strategic agreements with several factories to collaboratively implement MiC production.
